Parents: If you are planning to attend the trip with your athlete please indicate whether you are interested in volunteering. *select all that apply.

I will be attending the trip as a spectator only.

I am interested in helping with athlete meals (cooking, cleaning up, ordering food, etc)

I am interested in helping with transportation (driving athletes - for selected drivers a vehicle can be provided)

I am interested in organizing or chaperoning activities for the athletes outside playing time (ex. Visiting Disneyland)

I will not be attending the trip.

Deposit - A $250 deposit is required to submit your application.

Note: The deposit does not guarantee a spot on this trip. Athletes will be selected by the coaching staff.

The purpose of the deposit is to ensure that selected athletes are committed to participation. Once an athlete has been selected the deposit is non-refundable and the remaining cost must be paid in full 30 days before the camp.

Athletes not selected will have their deposit refunded.
